Last Thursday, the Ladybirds, Ireland largest group of young LBT women, launched their new manifesto!
The Ladybirds were proud to announce this concrete and clear explanation of their principles and priorities at an event held at the BeLonG To headquarters in Dublin. The young women were joined by Ailbhe Smyth of the Coalition to Repeal the 8th Amendment, who spoke of the fantastic work the Ladybirds were doing, and the staff of BeLonG To. Many members of the group took to the stage to express their personal committment to the ideals and goals as stated in the Ladybirds Manifesto.
The Manifesto can be read in full on BeLonG To's Website.

Woooo, super awesome Pete, who has the patience of a youth worker (private joke, youth workers have no patience) has done out a new logo for The LadyBirds group and its looking daaaam fine.

Big thanks to Pete for helping us and putting up with all of our antics. As we all know trying to please eight women at once is not easy.
Thanks again Pete.
Love The LadyBirds <3

The LadyBirds wish to apologise for the lack of updates on their website page, which they assure you is due to all their hard work over the last few months and not out of laziness or the distracting power of tea and biscuits, despite what youth workers may claim.
We promise we WILL give many updates between plotting world domination.
Love, The LadyBirds <3
